On February 1st, enrollment for the following year is opened to returning students and the general public. Returning students and New Heights Baptist Church members will be given first priority to class placement. All others will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The enrollment procedure for new students is as follows:

**To be eligible to enter kindergarten, students must be five years of age honor before September 1st of the school year applying for. 

Application Process

1. Submit a completed APPLICATION FORM and the required supporting documentation to the school.

• Family photo (Does not have to be a professional photo).
• Copy of student birth certificate.
• Copy of parent DL or ID card.
• Copy of most recent report card.
• Copy of student IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable).
• Personal and pastoral references are welcomed and may be required for student applicants. 

2. Set up a tour and headmaster’s interview with the school office by calling 405.562.7090 or emailing cca-office@cca-knights.com. Both parents and student applicant(s) must be present for the interview. 

• Student applicants may be required to take aptitude, achievement and/or diagnostic tests at the school before admission is accepted. 

3. Once the student file is complete, and the Headmaster has approved the applicant, an acceptance letter will be sent to the parents.  

Final Enrollment Process

1. Once parents have received an acceptance letter, they must complete and submit the ENROLLMENT FORM and the required supporting documentation to the school office. 

• Copy of the student immunization records or a completed Oklahoma State Immunization Exemption form with original signatures.
• ACH Form
• Any court/custody papers (if applicable)
• Extended Care Enrollment Form (if applicable)
• Medication Authorization Form (if Applicable) 

2. Enrollment fees are due at the time enrollment is submitted. 

3. Students will not be allowed to attend school until all required documents have been submitted to the school.

Re-enrollment procedure

Submit a completed re-enrollment form and pay the re-enrollment fee.
